Before arranging a return to a Parcel shop, please note that:  

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Condition for Returns:  The item must be re-saleable, unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition .

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Return Fees: £5 will be deducted per parcel returned. Please also note that we will not refund your original delivery charge.

  • Exceptions: Medications (including all flea & tick treatments and wormers), personalized items, and frozen products are non-refundable. If you return any of these items, we can only dispose of them, as they cannot be resold, and no refund will be issued.
